Peter is an Executive Director of Compliance Australia consulting to clients on governance, risk management and compliance. Peter’s guiding principle is “helping businesses achieve their goals safely”. He is an experienced director, consultant and executive with over 26 years in roles across a diverse range of industry sectors. He has also held senior positions in strategic planning, marketing and product development. Peter is actively involved in the Not for Profit sector in which he has a passionate interest. Active in industry associations throughout his career, Peter is currently a Director and immediate past President of Australasian Compliance Institute. Peter has also had a long involvement with Chartered Secretaries Australia where he is a member of the Corporate & Legal Issues Committee. He is also a member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Finance Committee. Peter maintains a high profile as a regular presenter on compliance and risk management at industry seminars and professional association forums. He has contributed a number of articles to industry journals.
